When ISEF approached Global Upscale, they had a basic presence on social media but lacked consistency in posting and were not utilizing video content effectively. Our mission was to transform their social media strategy to better engage their donor and alumni base to boost their fundraising efforts. Liekwise, videos were also edited to promote various events held by ISEF and draw more attention to their various activities.

The video system worked exceptionally well as we managed to act as a bridge between the US and Israel ISEF offices and ensure a cohesive and unified approach to content creation and dissemination. Becoming almost part of the organization, we were able to coordinate the various subject lists and filmings at a level unprecedneted in the organization. Likewise, this connection helped us to maintain a consistent brand message across different geographical locations, enhancing the overall impact of the campaigns.

Streamlined Coordination

To go even deeper on the importance of the work with the internal machinations of the ISEF organization, one of the significant challenges ISEF had before our work was coordinating between various parties within ISEF to get appropriate material to market on social media. We centralized this process, acting as the main point of contact and streamlining communications across different departments. This approach allowed us to efficiently manage the content and ensure timely posting.

Our team worked diligently to establish a robust communication framework that facilitated seamless collaboration between different stakeholders. By identifying the right points of contact within each department, we were able to streamline the workflow, minimize delays, and ensure that all content aligned with ISEF’s strategic objectives.

Standardizing the Brand’s Visual Language

To further enhance ISEF’s brand consistency across all platforms, we developed a comprehensive brand book for the organization. Prior to this, ISEF did not have a unified visual identity, which led to inconsistencies in their branding across different media. Over nearly three years of collaboration, we have seen consistent growth in ISEF’s social media presence. Their follower count has increased significantly by the thousands, and they have successfully traced donations amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars directly to their social media efforts.
